[Orphan] Michite Kuru Toki no Mukou ni / Across the Surging Times (1991)

I've actually been wanting to do this movie ever since I first learned about it years ago. 

When the first ever proper raw for it by Orphan appeared in May this year, I was pleased to discover that I was not alone in that. 

The premises and posters are simply fascinating. 

While the source book, Paradise by Suzuki Kouji, won a local award in 1991, it's not really quite as great, as its novelty qualities wear out rather soon, unlike the movie's. Still, I've read a good portion of it just to ensure that I don't miss anything while translating.
